We are currently shipping with FedEx, UPS, USPS and Air Cargo via Southwest and Delta Cargo. Shipping is by overnight delivery by 10 am for most shipping addresses in the USA. Orders go out from Monday to Wednesday. Priority overnight is available for extra but we are not liable for shipping company delays. If you need Friday or Saturday Arrival please be advised there might be delays and we are not responsible for shipping company’s delays on shipments shipped for Friday and Saturday Arrival
Shipping prices only are for orders shipped within the continental United States and orders must be received by 10 am pacific time to be processed the same day for next day arrival. No International shipping is available.

All Orders over 25lbs will be going air cargo to ensure less stress on the livestock in order to arrive in a healthy condition state.
Refunds are NOT given. Shipping is not covered for replacement coral, fish, or invert shipments. Call our customer service line in this rare event, phone number and email is provided on our website as well.
DO NOT discard the item until we have resolved the issue. Aquariumreefers.com cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays from shipping companies. We cannot guarantee replacement coral(s) and/or Fish. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses given.
The customer also agrees not to file any dispute and/or claims with our credit card company or any other payment method if it fall under our terms and conditions of sale.
NOTICE: Keep in mind, corals are often very stressed due to shipping. On the rare occasions when they arrive, their coloration may be slightly different than what is pictured initially or their polyps may not open for a short time thereafter. Though rare, it may occur. Please give them time to acclimate to your aquarium first. However, dead corals will have bare/peeling skin tissues, have a rotten smell, and sometimes turn white.
All our sales are final. We DO NOT accept returns and there are no refunds or returns, but we do want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.
